I'm high right now

I can't feel my arms or legs

All I feel is the drumming of my heart

I'm high right now

Because you're near me

Whispering sweet nothings in my ear that make me tingle as if you were touching me, as if you were here next to me

I'm high right now

My finger tips tingle as I think of all the kisses and hugs we shared

My tongue tingles as I remember all the times you told me you loved me and wouldn't let me go

Once again,

I'm high right now

My body feels as if it's floating in space and I'm surrounded by images of your smile that look like stars

But

I'm no longer high because the tingles went away

My body is cold now the warmth I once felt is gone

The starry eyed look I possessed is gone

The light weight feeling I had is gone because you're no longer here

You left

And all I'm left with is the memory of us. Of you and I miss it so much.

I wish I was high again,

I really do but the more I think I to myself,
