heart

You left me in the middle of the street.

Alone.

You left me in shambles, completely shaken to the core.

I poured my heart out to you- i said those horrible five words that you dreaded. Those horrible five words that you promised me not to say. Those five words that would completely leave me empty.

You left me alone, barren, heartbroken, and in love. 

“I'm in love with you” I said

“I can't” you said

You left me in the middle of the street, alone. You promised me if I gave you my heart, it'd kill me.

And you were right.
