But I can't hear

But I feel nothing

The only time I feel is when I can hear your sweet voice

Speaking to me sounding like honey

The only time I can speak

Is when it's your name rolling off of my tongue like butter

The only time I feel is when it's you touching me softly and telling me it's ok

Telling me it's ok to be afraid

Telling me it's ok to want love

Telling me it's ok to have my bad days and issues

But you give me the reassurance that you'll be there by my side

And telling me it's ok to loose everything and still feel like I have it all.
